Spacer is a desktop application for macOS and Windows designed to help users manage local files efficiently. Spacer is a "local-first" software, meaning your files and data remain on your device.
3. License and Restrictions
- Grant of License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App for personal or professional purposes.
- Restrictions: You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App. You may not use the App for any illegal purposes.
4. Payments and Refunds (Steam)
- Transactions: Spacer is primarily sold through Steam (Valve Corporation). All payment processing, billing, and currency conversions are handled by Steam.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to Steam’s official refund policy. Generally, you may request a refund through Steam within 14 days of purchase if the App has been used for less than 2 hours.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to change the price or distribution platform at any time.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App and Website, including but not limited to the software code, design, logos, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Spacer.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Spacer does not warrant that the App will be error-free or that access to your local files will be uninterrupted. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your important files.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spacer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in South Korea.
